Howyou’ll contribute
A Clinical Coordinator assists with the daily coordination of personnel and resources within the scope of assignment. Acts as the liaison between the ancillary departments to promote continuity of care, optimal patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency and compliance.
Essential FunctionsThe incumbent shall be responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation program. The incumbent plans, directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met. The incumbent shall also be accountable for and contribute to program development, quality improvement and problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. The incumbent shall be accountable for carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with LifePoint Health CORE values.
