Operates one or more of the following machines: fin press, fin power, brake, vertical/horizontal expander, overhead crane, hairpin machine, pemsert, riveting, spot weld, gasket machine and paint system.;
Uses basic mechanics tool set, ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, hammers, adjustable wrenches, screwdrivers, and channel locks.;
Uses tape measure, and manual and digital calipers.;
Checks parts using appropriate gauges.;
Uses calculator to perform 2 and 3 place decimal calculations.;
Changes out machine parts to achieve proper operation and configuration.
