Production Associate Job Description

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join our team. This position offers a 12-hour rotating schedule with built-in days off each week and alternating long and short work weeks. Employees will work either day shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with a 2-2-3 rotation schedule, allowing employees to work approximately half the days each month and enjoy every other weekend as a 3-day weekend.

• 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• Required shift huddle at 5:45 AM/PM before each shift
• 30-minute unpaid lunch (employees remain on-site; food delivery permitted)
• 15-minute paid breaks

• Train in kitting and packaging processes
• Assemble and package completed kits for shipment
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Operate or assist with grinder machines
• Support daily production line operations
• Perform quality control checks
• Assist with production line setup
• Cross-train in multiple areas of production

• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
• Ability to read a measuring tape and use basic hand tools
• Ability to understand decimal math
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
