Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location;
Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and communicate entry requirements in accordance with site policies;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and coordinating with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence and following Allied Universal and site-specific procedures
