Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at an industrial manufacturing location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, perimeter areas, parking areas, and access points;
Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor and contractor authorization, maintaining visitor records;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required incident documentation;
Support emergency response activities by following site-specific instructions and assisting with evacuations
