Vaco Resources is partnering with a retail / manufacturing client in Santa Ana on a Senior Accountant search. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in full-cycle accounting, Quick Books, and previous software implementation skills. This role is crucial to our operations, focusing on accounting processes for our dynamic, small company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processing for a small company with 28 employees.
- Handle 90-100 orders per month.
- Perform reconciliations.
- Manage retail accounting, sales tax, and multi-state transactions.
- Extensive experience with Quick Books.
- Strong background in small company AR/AP processing.
- Solid understanding of retail accounting, sales tax, and multi-state transactions.
- Exceptional reconciliation skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with Odoo software.
- Experience with implementation processes.
- Quick Books (implementation in process, target end of the year for full utilization)
