Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will play a key part in managing day‑to‑day accounting functions, supporting month‑end close, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial data and investigate variances
- Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Review AP/AR activity and support cash management as needed
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Collaborate closely with controllers, managers, and cross‑functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, formulas)
- Experience with accounting software / ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
