Description
Associate Accountant sought by W.H. Civil, Inc., Irvine, CA. Responsibilities include maintaining and reconciling company ledgers and daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience in a job office or as a Staff Accountant. Experience with Oracle ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
