About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Irvine, California. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on accounting experience, be proficient in Quick Books Online, be familiar with tax filing processes, and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

- Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books Online
- Handle daily bookkeeping, including AR/AP, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Support monthly and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and organize materials for tax filing (e.g. business tax, 1099s, sales tax), and coordinate with external CPA if needed
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial data and documentation
- Assist with payroll-related accounting support
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in Quick Books Online (required)
- Familiar with tax filing procedures and basic compliance
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage routine accounting tasks
