Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate financial results by preparing data for the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting cycles.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing spreadsheets and reports.
- Administer expense report tracking (Concur), including auditing reports as needed.
- Maintain regional accounting records in compliance with the company's records retention policy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent job-related experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, shifting from one to another amidst frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
- Strong General Ledger (GL) management skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
