Currently recruiting on an exciting Accounting Manager role with a large company in Orange County! This position is seeking someone with leadership/supervisory experience to oversee a team of 3-5 accountants.
Responsibilities- Month‑end close reporting
- Oversee team of 3‑5
- Review JE's
- Perform flux and variance analysis and subsequent research
- Lead efforts to resolve discrepancies identified
- Review account reconciliations
- Must have prior supervisory experience!!
- Prior experience at large company with large transaction volume is highly preferred!
- CPA highly preferred
- Bachelor's in Accounting (or equivalent)
- 4‑7 years progressive accounting experience
- Prior financial statement prep experience
- Excellent Excel and/or Access Database experience
Base Salary: $100k - $120k + Bonus
