The Position: We’re seeking a Senior Tax Associate / SR. Accountant to step into a pivotal role within our tax practice based in Irvine, CA. This position is ideal for an experienced public accounting professional who thrives in complex tax environments, values in-person collaboration, and enjoys direct client interaction. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in delivering high-level tax solutions to HNW clients and their advisors.

• Irvine, CA | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule

• Prepare and review complex federal and multi-state tax returns for HNW individuals and family groups
• Handle a wide range of entity returns, including partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, and trusts
• Manage complex trust and estate tax filings
• Collaborate directly with clients and their external advisors (attorneys, wealth managers, family offices)
• Identify tax planning opportunities and assist with proactive strategies
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and client communication
• Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and client-centric office culture

• 4+ years of public accounting experience in a CPA firm (tax-focused only)
• Active CPA license (preferred or actively pursuing)
• Strong experience with: HNW individuals, multi-state returns, partnerships, S/C-corps, complex entity structures
• Exposure to diverse clients, industries, etc., while working with a talented and supportive team
• Polished, professional, and personable communication style
• Local to or able to commute daily within Irvine, CA (Orange County)
• Experience outside of Big 4 environments strongly preferred
