Job Title:
Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support daily invoicing, reporting, and month-end activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices using ERP systems
- Verify purchase orders, contracts, and shipping documents prior to billing
- Track non-invoiced work orders and perform month-end dock walk audits
- Reconcile invoice discrepancies and coordinate with Operations, Shipping, and Sales
- Support month-end close (cutoffs, accruals, reconciliations)
- Assist with AR collections and customer follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with contractual, tax, and export requirements
- Provide audit documentation and support process improvements
- 2+ years of invoicing / accounts receivable experience
- ERP/billing system experience and order-to-cash knowledge
- Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills
- Able to work overtime and at least two Saturdays per month
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Preferred: Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, Power BI experience, and background in manufacturing or distribution.
