Senior Accounting Analyst

Pay rate : $55-56/hr on W2.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our accounting team.

This role involves a balanced focus on General Ledger accounting and Cash accounting functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounting processes with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Analyze account variances and investigate discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required.
• Monitor and record daily cash transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and international funds transfers.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Collaborate with accounts payable/receivable teams for accurate cash accounting.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• • Proficiency in MS Excel.
• • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• • Exposure to ERP systems such as Net Suite and automation tools.
