What You'll Do

Own the month-end and year-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
Oversee AP/AR operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team
Manage cash activity, vendor payments, and customer receivables
Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Identify and implement process improvements across systems and workflows

What You Bring

8-10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in leadership
Strong background in general ledger and close processes
Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics or similar preferred)
Advanced Excel skills
Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes
Public accounting or M&A exposure is a plus
