Job Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and post daily cash, check, and electronic payments.
- Prepare and balance daily cash deposits.
- Reconcile cash receipts against dealership documentation.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in payment records.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and filing systems.
- Communicate with dealership personnel regarding deposit or posting issues.
- Follow established internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Support the accounting team with additional clerical tasks as needed.
This position is paid on a pay scale that includes hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, skill set, and performance. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as job‑related experience, hours worked, and business needs.

- Experience in an automotive business office is a plus but not required
Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
