• Manage financial accounts, ledgers, and company-wide accounting records with accuracy and consistency.
• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements to support reporting and compliance requirements.
• Record, classify, and verify financial transactions to ensure accurate and reliable financial data.
• Assist with internal and external audits while maintaining proper financial documentation.
• Monitor cash flow activities and provide updates on financial performance and liquidity status.
• Follow established accounting standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements consistently.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate at least three years of professional accounting experience in a structured environment.
• Show strong knowledge of U.S. accounting standards, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Possess proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin, including written and spoken proficiency.

• Have studied at a university within the United States as part of the eligibility requirements.
