Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with financial data? We're seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support an accounting team with invoice processing, reconciliations, and timesheet data entry.
What You'll Do- Review vendor invoices and extract key information.
- Accurately enter invoice details into labor upload templates.
- Process and enter:
- Voucher Numbers
- Transaction Dates
- Project Coding
- Labor Hours
- Expenses
- Reconcile invoice totals against system-generated totals.
- Investigate and document discrepancies.
- Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards.
- Previous experience in Data Entry, Accounting Support, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, or Invoice Processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of invoices and financial documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
