Our client is navigating scale—dozens of entities, evolving processes, and a real need for someone who can bring order, accountability, and follow‑through.

• Own the month‑end close process across multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations within Sage Intacct
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations across a complex structure
• Support treasury operations, including preparing and inputting wire transfers for approval
• Analyze financial trends and identify inconsistencies or areas requiring attention
• Assist in building financial statements, including supporting schedules and footnotes
• Contribute to process improvements as the company scales and accounting complexity increases

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Proven experience in month‑end close and financial reporting
• Experience working in multi‑entity or intercompany accounting environments
• Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations
• Willingness to work in‑office and operate in a high‑volume environment
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and push work forward without constant direction
