Alliance Resource Group is hiring for a Staff Accountant position in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of accounting experience, eager to develop their career in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities:- Support month-end close and account reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
- Prepare journal entries and financial reports
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Partner with the finance team on ad hoc projects and process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (apparel/consumer products a plus)
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive team player
Pay Rate: $75,000 per year
