Job Description & How to Apply Below

As a Corporate Senior Accountant, you'll be a key contributor to our global general ledger function, with a special focus on foreign currency transactions and how they eliminate in consolidation across our multi-entity, multi-currency organization. You won't own the monthly close, but you'll be an essential part of it, preparing and reviewing reconciliations, supporting material accounting estimates, and helping keep our foreign entities accurate and audit-ready.

This is a hands‑on, highly visible role that partners directly with senior management on projects related to our foreign entities, including accounting compliance in Mexico. If you're a CPA with reading and writing fluency in Spanish who enjoys working with a high volume of transactional data and thrives in a collaborative, hybrid environment, we'd love to meet you.

Base Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000

Other Compensation:
Incentive Compensation

What You Will Work On
  • Serve as a key contributor to the month-, quarter-, and year-end close across multiple international entities, preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations, as a vital part of a process owned by the broader accounting team.
  • Bring a special focus to foreign currency transactions, understanding how they remeasure, translate, and eliminate in consolidation across our global, multi‑currency structure.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, with particular attention to intercompany and foreign-currency accounts, and help resolve aged or unexplained balances.
  • Build financial analysis that supports material accounting estimates, working with a high volume of transactional data using advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and Power BI.
  • Support accounting compliance for our Mexico operations, including the timely preparation and submission of statutory filings.
  • Partner with senior management on high‑visibility projects related to our foreign entities, providing accurate data and clear, decision‑ready analysis.
  • Contribute to audit readiness by maintaining well‑documented, organized support that helps our audits run smoothly.
What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including global or multinational environments.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Spanish, including the ability to articulate effectively and professionally via all communication channels.
  • Experience with intercompany accounting across multiple entities and geographies.
  • Hands‑on experience with equity accounting and entity‑level financial management.
  • Experience supporting global consolidations and multi‑currency accounting.
  • Background in public accounting or multinational corporate accounting preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, organizational skills with an attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
  • Proficient in business systems applications such as Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.
What You Can Expect
  • An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.
  • Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market and operational factors.
  • Total Rewards based on eligibility include:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).
