Job Summary

The Employee Coordinator role is responsible for employee administrative daily operations such as coordinating and assisting with recruiting, onboarding, hiring, training and employee incentives for our team members while ensuring a warm, welcoming and dependable experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining a reliable, effective and consistent employee environment and requires strong administrative skills, intense attention to detail and the ability to work in an office setting.

Job Functions
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial records and reports.
  • Aid in the processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents (digital and physical).
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and payment inquiries.
  • Perform data entry and update accounting software with accurate information.
Additional Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Assist with development and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard the park’s assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with select payroll related reviews and submissions, annual audit preparations and reporting.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Adobe, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Cognitive and Physical Demands
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail for reviewing financial data, reconciling reports, and ensuring compliance.
  • Capacity to communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and external contacts regarding financial and operational matters.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer‑based tasks, with occasional light lifting of files or office materials.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily office‑based with routine use of computers, phones, and other standard office equipment.
