AP Clerk

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join a busy construction office in California. This position involves handling a high volume of accounts payable tasks and requires a detail-oriented professional with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Processing a high volume of accounts payable invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensuring all invoices are coded correctly and approved for payment.
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date accounts payable files and records.
• Assisting with reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Supporting the finance team with additional tasks as needed.

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Monday through Friday, first shift.

Competitive hourly wage with a minimum pay of $23 and a maximum pay of $26.
