Our tax internship offers hands‑on experience assisting with tax preparation and various tax projects for clients across multiple industries. Interns will work closely with experienced tax professionals and gain exposure to our tax systems, processes, and workflow from start to finish.
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour.
During this internship, you will have the opportunity to apply classroom theories directly in a real‑world tax environment, strengthening both your personal and professional skills.
You will gain a clear understanding of the qualifications, duties, and responsibilities of a Tax Associate in a public accounting firm, which will help refine your career goals and support informed decisions about your future in public accounting.
Throughout the experience, you will also develop a strong sense of expectations, professionalism, and work habits needed to succeed in the workplace, while observing firsthand how tax returns move through our systems and processes from start to finish.
Qualifications- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or taxation
- Strong communication skills able to ask questions, share ideas, and collaborate with the team
- Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel (or eager to develop skills)
- Interest in pursuing a career in public accounting with motivation to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
