• General ledger accounting and work paper preparation
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Business and individual tax return preparation
• Payroll tax and sales tax return preparation
• Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with basic knowledge of general accounting
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to work with coworkers and clients in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Accountable and organized
• Can work overtime as needed during tax season
• Authorized to legally work in the United States
• Paid Overtime, Sick and Vacation
• Provided Lunch

Please note that we are specifically seeking candidates with experience in a Public Accounting Firm (CPA Firm); internal accounting experience will not be considered.

• Preferred minimum 1+ year experience in public accounting firm
• Word, Excel, Quick Books and computer skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean
• Accountable with attention to details
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Great team player
• Willing to work overtime during busy tax season and as needed throughout the year
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to think outside the box for effective problem-solving skills
• Be able to work through fast paced workflow without sacrificing accuracy

• Detail and compliant payroll processing on time for multiple states
• File quarterly and annual payroll tax returns for multiple states
• Solve payroll issues and provide appropriate action plans
• Follow up on government notices & find necessary resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Bookkeeping Data Entry-Monthly bank and credit card transaction
