Assistant Professor​/Associate Professor​/Professor; Tenure Track​/In Residence

Overview

Accounting Manager – 100% onsite, immediate need. Lead daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, while directing a high‑performing team.

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review monthly collections reports, follow up on outstanding invoices, and reconcile credit card statements.
• Track reimbursable project costs, labor hours, and project financials.
• Lead the full close cycle, including month‑end and year‑end processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a team of accountants and leading accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

$20.00 hourly (commensurate with experience).
