Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our dynamic finance team as a full‑time Accounts Payable Specialist. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable system and maintain our financial records.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Solid understanding of general ledger functions and entries
• Experience with Sage and Timberline is a plus
• Knowledge of ACH payment processing
• Experience with invoicing, approval, and cutting checks
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred (not required)

Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of invoicing, approval, and check issuance, while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting general ledger entries.
