Position Summary

Processes accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions. Records and posts payments received and make payments for vendor invoices and other debts owed by the organization. Verifies amounts owed and received and ensures that transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in accordance with internal accounting policies. Maintains and reconciles accounts payable and receivable ledger accounts, including bank account reconciliations. Prepares and distributes reports and responds to customer/vendor inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Analyze and process a high volume of invoices with a low quantity of errors.
  • Perform necessary research, acquire correct information, and resolve invoice issues with clear communication, both verbally and in writing, to ensure timely resolution.
  • Process 2-way and 3-way match purchase order invoices, non‑po invoices, and assist with coding and identifying tax categories as well as the preparation of payments.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain and monitor shared/group email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and proper routing of inquiries.
  • Review and audit employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
  • Create, update, and distribute financial and operational reports as needed.
  • Assist with month‑end closing tasks, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma (required).
  • Accounts Payable experience.
  • Experience processing invoices in a high‑volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Major ERP experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Pay Disclosure

The starting base pay range for this position is $26/hour. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Work Authorization

Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship.
