Location: This is a 100% on-site opportunity in Irvine, California. You'll work alongside leadership and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment where your contributions have direct visibility and impact.
Note: Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with 4+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience and 2+ years in a senior or supervisory accounting/finance role. This is an on‑site position and is not open to remote or hybrid arrangements.

Job Description- Lead all accounting and financial operations for the organization.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations that support business growth.
- Develop financial models to improve strategic planning and operational decision‑making.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate external audits, tax reporting, and financial compliance activities.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and working capital.
- Review and improve accounting policies, financial processes, and internal procedures.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop members of the accounting and finance team.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance across the business.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and financial accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
- 2+ years of leadership, senior-level, or supervisory accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or similar.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail with strong ethical standards.
