Senior Tax Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review sales & use tax, excise tax, and related filings
• Research state and local tax regulations and ensure compliance
• Manage tax audits, registrations, licenses, and exemption certificates
• Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and tax accruals
• Assist with process improvements and tax automation initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of indirect tax experience (sales/use tax required)
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience supporting month-end close and journal entries
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• CPA is a plus

• Hybrid schedule: WFH Monday/Friday, flexible in-office Tuesday-Thursday
