In this role, you'll be trusted to keep the numbers accurate, the clients informed, and the process running smoothly — while helping shape how our accounting operations continue to improve.

• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Produce clean, error-free accounting reports and present findings to management
• Analyze financial statements and summarize results in clear terms
• Identify errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems and procedures
• Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Advise clients on potential liabilities and risk areas
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Deliver a consistent, high standard of client service

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus not a must
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or tax resolution
• Working knowledge of tax law and GAAP
• Experience with Logics and/or Salesforce, plus Quick Books or similar
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Base salary: $75,000 – $83,000 + commission opportunities (all in average 95k)
