Bookkeepers – Junior or Senior Level

Location:

Irvine, CA Pay: $25–$33/hr + Medical/Dental/Vision

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Start your 8-hour shift anytime between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM.

The Position:
We are a growing outsourced accounting department seeking two Junior or Senior Bookkeepers. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling their daily financial health and monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Management:
  Manage the entire bookkeeping lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Banking & Reconciliations:
  Perform bank/credit card reconciliations and accurately code/match transactions within Quick Books Online.
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheets.
• General Ledger:
  Maintain a clean Chart of Accounts and manage AP/AR functions.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Quick Books Online.
• Junior: 1–3 years of experience ($25–$27/hr).
• Senior: 4+ years of experience ($28–$33/hr).
• Solid grasp of AP/AR, bank feeds, and financial statement preparation.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $33.00 Per Hour
