Full-Time | 100% Onsite Our client, a growing and dynamic organization in the Irvine area, is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for a motivated accounting professional who enjoys owning processes, working independently, and partnering across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and month-end close activities.

• Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items
• Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable balances and related activity
• Record and monitor prepaid expenses and accruals
• Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end and year-end close
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger
• Assist with financial reporting, account analysis, and variance explanations
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, investigate discrepancies, and improve accounting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of General Ledger accounting experience
• Experience with bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Multi-location accounting experience required
• Net Suite experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of month-end close processes and accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
