Position SummaryThe Finance Co-op will gain practical experience by working on assignments that align with their academic studies in Accounting or Finance. This hands‑on opportunity is designed to provide valuable learning, contribute meaningfully to the business, and support the student's professional development within a corporate finance environment.
ScheduleMonday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Apply academic knowledge to real‑world financial analysis, reporting, and accounting projects.
- Support the accounting team in achieving performance goals and take on increasing responsibility throughout the co‑op rotation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and may interface with customers and vendors to improve processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in regular departmental meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Attend company‑provided training sessions and learning opportunities to broaden knowledge and skills.
- Assist with system analysis, testing, and documentation for current financial processes.
- Own and manage assigned projects from start to finish with accountability for outcomes.
- Support cross‑functional teams on financial and operational initiatives, including new product launches and process optimization.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, meeting provided specifications and project goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Strong foundational knowledge of finance or accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial software a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- U.S. Person, or Ability to Obtain Export Authorization.
- Must be a full‑time student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
- Co‑ops will be paid $23 hourly.
- 401k benefits and holiday pay.

Pay Range and BenefitsFor informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $21 to $23 USD hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
