Sun Ten Laboratories is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting team.

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Apply customer payments and assist with collections.
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries.
• Enter and maintain accounting records in the ERP system.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities.
• Support inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Assist with Sales & Use Tax documentation as needed.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• ERP or accounting software experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
