Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst for a growing consumer products company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity. Base compensation starts at $30.00 to $32.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities- Apply and post customer payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and account balances
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
- Communicate with customers regarding account issues
- Assist with reporting and other accounting-related activities
- 5 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
- Experience with payment posting and account reconciliations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
