Accounts Payable (Temp-to-Hire)

Excellent finance opportunity with a local manufacturing company in Middletown, OH (On-site). We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join the team in a temp-to-hire capacity.

In this role, you'll manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and support day-to-day invoice processing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll work closely with internal partners including receiving and shipping to ensure accurate matching and timely payment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
• Match-Batch-Code invoices
• Handle Purchase Orders and perform 3-way matching
• Partner with receivers and shipping to resolve invoice/receipt discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with full-cycle AP, Match-Batch-Code, PO invoices, and 3-way match
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP experience (preferred)

Schedule / Type:

• Temp-to-hire
• 40 hours/week
• On-site in Middletown, OH

Pay Rate:

• $25–$35/hour, based on experience
