Senior Cost Accountant

• Support accounting processes and procedures
• Assist with transaction processing and reconciliation
• Contribute to month-end closing activities
• Help prepare financial statements and reports
• Support identification and resolution of accounting discrepancies and exceptions
• Maintain reconciliation and supporting accounting documentation
• Support financial reporting processes and data collection and verification
• Help prepare financial disclosures and management reporting packages
• Support compliance with accounting standards and cost accounting policies
• Contribute to cost frameworks and cost models for business decision-making
• Assist with product and portfolio cost analysis, including margin analysis and target-costing support
• Support cost analysis of semiconductor manufacturing operations and technologies
• Assist with cost models for production processes, yield management, and technology nodes
• Help identify manufacturing cost drivers and cost trends
• Contribute analysis supporting manufacturing optimization, capacity planning, and technology investment decisions
• Assist with bi-annual standard cost updates
• Provide insight into MFG variances, PPV, E&O, and inventory reconciliations
• Support manufacturing profitability and cost competitiveness initiatives
• Assist with internal and external audits, including schedules, documentation, inquiries, and recommendations
• Support accounting interfaces with operations, engineering, and supply chain
• Contribute to cross-functional financial initiatives and process improvement
• Document processes and procedures for knowledge transfer
• Share accounting expertise and support training
• Support adoption of new cost accounting tools, technologies, and digital solutions
• Maintain appropriate documentation of accounting activities

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with accounting software and systems
• High level of accuracy in financial calculations

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or related role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Experience with accounting systems and financial applications
• Background in technology or manufacturing industry preferred
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or related roles
• Advanced knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing economics and cost structures
• Adheres to all Company security and confidentiality requirements
• Comply with financial data protection policies
• Follows all accounting standards and financial regulations
• Completes all required training and certifications

Demonstrates expertise in accounting principles and practices, with a strong focus on financial reporting, cost analysis, and compliance with accounting standards. Proficient in advanced costing methodologies and experienced in semiconductor manufacturing economics.
