Growing Real Estate Company is seeking a strong Senior Accountant with public accounting background and some real estate industry experience.

Real Estate Investment/Management company
Responsibilities- Seeking astrong Accountant (CPA) out of public accounting for a strong real estate company here locally.
- Position will be blend of corporate accounting, property accounting and fund accounting.
- Core responsibilities will include driving the month end close, prepare and postjournal entries, monthly bank reconciliations, and assist with internalfinancial reporting.
- Month-end activities, journal entries, GL & account reconciliation, and accruals.
- Accountanalysis to review monthly flux analysis and variance analysis between actualand budget.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Manage cashflows, reconciling cash and investments
- Ensure accurate recording of revenues and expenses.
- Strong ERPskills highly desired and strong Excel skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills would be necessary.
- Bachelor sin Accounting, Finance or related.
- It would be necessary to have at least 2 years public accounting and ideally a mix ofpublic and private experience.
- Experience with the real estate industry
