A well-established law firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support a team of attorneys. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, requiring organization, tech-savviness, and discretion. Prior law firm experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel (domestic and international).
  • Draft agendas, schedules, and event materials.
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and electronic signatures.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems ensuring accurate document storage.
  • Prepare expense reports and submit client invoices promptly.
  • Enter attorney time entries and assist with client invoicing.
  • Draft and process client engagement letters and retainer agreements.
  • Interact professionally with clients and guests via email, phone, and in person.
  • Follow up on client communications and requests.
  • Support attorneys with registrations and legal filings.
  • Perform other administrative and legal support duties as assigned.

  • Familiarity with legal billing and expense systems (e.g., Aderant, Chrome River) is a plus.
