Ultimate Staffing is seeking a polished and proactive Temp Front Desk / Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and deliver exceptional administrative service. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and serves as a key point of contact for employees and visitors.
This role offers an immediate start and will run through March 2026 to provide coverage during a long‑term leave.
Responsibilities- Manage front desk, greet visitors, and answer phones
- Schedule appointments and support general admin tasks
- Handle visitor management & office inventory stocking
- Assist with event food catering and clean‑up
- Submit IT user tickets for the IT team
- Enter credit card and inventory adjustment data into Netsuite
- Perform other ad hoc office duties as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive
- Office admin/front desk experience preferred
- Netsuite experience a plus
