Part‑Time HR Administrative Assistant
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite, M–Th)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hr
Duration: Contract through July
OverviewLHH is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our client's Human Resources team in a part‑time capacity. This onsite role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys administrative work, and can handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including preparing new hire packets, collecting documentation, and maintaining personnel files
- Support HR processes such as benefits administration, training coordination, and compliance tracking
- Maintain HR databases and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
- Process confidential documents including letters, memos, and internal communications
- Assist with tracking HR‑related metrics, reports, and documentation as assigned
- Respond to employee inquiries and route questions to the appropriate HR team member
- Support ongoing projects and contribute to process improvements within the HR function
- 1–2+ years of administrative or HR administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document handling
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with in HR or familiarity with HR processes is a plus
