Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated Automotive Warranty Administrator to join their team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be an essential part of the warranty support department, assisting in ensuring compliance and accuracy in warranty claims and repairs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warranty Administrator
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Range:$22-$26/hr.
What's the Job?- Review dealer’s customer repair orders to support warranty labor rate and parts markup requests.
- Identify “like warranty repairs,” validate calculations, and ensure compliance with state laws.
- Update reporting and communicate findings and recommendations to regional field personnel.
- Assist warranty team with evaluating and processing dealer warranty claims, including pending, appeal, MMDM, Fleet, and CPO submissions.
- Support warranty labor rate and parts markup reviews by analyzing customer repair orders and validating calculations.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, warranty, and dealer operations.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret policies and repair documentation.
- Proficiency in data review, reporting, and problem-solving.
