Pay Rate: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Location: Irvine, CA

As we support one of our clients in Irvine, we are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Receptionist to join their front office team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a polished, service‑oriented environment and can represent the organization with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. The ideal individual brings strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, employees, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-desk experience
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
  • Manage visitor check‑in procedures, security badge distribution, and lobby coordination
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference room schedule
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and basic correspondence
  • Assist with calendaring, scheduling, and coordinating onsite meetings as needed
  • Support internal teams with office-related tasks and special projects
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of receptionist, administrative assistant, or front‑office experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service
