Location: Fully onsite in Irvine, CA
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Mon-Fri

- Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Assist with front-office administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and scheduling
- Manage visitor logs, badges, and office entry procedures
- Help with incoming/outgoing mail and office supply coordination
- Support internal teams with light clerical tasks as needed
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
- Provide excellent customer service to anyone entering or contacting the office
- Experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn company systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy environment
