Position: Administrator (Korean Bilingual)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations, product sample management, and administrative support.
This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, coordinating brand samples for internal teams and retail partners, and ensuring smooth office functionality in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Job Description
Sample Management
  • Manage inbound and outbound product samples
  • Track sample inventory and maintain organized storage system
  • Coordinate sample shipments to retailers, media, and partners
  • Maintain detailed sample log and distribution records
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with sample preparation for meetings and line reviews
Office Administration
  • Oversee office supplies ordering and inventory management
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor services
  • Manage shipping and receiving for office-related items
Operational Support
  • Assist with event preparation (retail meetings, brand visits, presentations)
  • Support onboarding logistics (office setup, equipment coordination)
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization standards
  • Coordinate company lunches or internal events (if applicable)
Cross-Functional Support
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Provide administrative support to leadership as needed
  • Assist with basic reporting or data entry tasks
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of office administration experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to handle physical sample inventory (light lifting may be required)
