Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)
Location: Irvine, CA
Type: Temporary/Temp-Hire | Full-Time | Onsite
Pay Rate: $28–$32/hour

Vaco is currently seeking a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a full-time, temporary assignment with one of our valued clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office setting and enjoys being the face of an organization while supporting day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

This role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative and office support duties
. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, fluent in Spanish and English, and has strong multitasking abilities. If you have prior experience supporting executives or senior-level staff, that's a big plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Front

Desk Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth

  • Answer and direct incoming calls; take and relay messages

  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to office staff and departments

  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements

  • Draft and format documents, reports, and correspondence

  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed

  • Assist executives with administrative tasks (if applicable)

  • Translate documents or conversations as needed (Spanish-English)

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) –
    required

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role –
    required

  • Experience supporting executives –
    highly preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities

  • Able to work full-time onsite and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
