Temporary assignment is 2-3 weeks, but could go longer. Paying $20-25/hour, depending on experience. Hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Business casual work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to Owner - correspondence, data entry, files, copying, faxing, spreadsheet, etc. as directed.
- Process A/P using Quick Books Online
- Customer Service for incoming calls; schedule appointments, and follow up on status accordingly.
- Will be filing and moving files from last year into storage boxes - moving/lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Min 2 years consistent Clerical experience.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Word and Excel;
Quick Books online is a plus. - Must be bilingual English / Spanish.
- Accurate Data Entry/Typing skills.
- Great Customer Service and phone skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions - verbal or written.
