Position: Events Administrative Assistant ($27.50/hr)

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Sales/Events Managers. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

The Events Administrative Assistant will support Sales/Events Managers by handling administrative tasks, coordinating event logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of events.

Qualifications
  • A true desire to exceed our guests expectations to create everlasting experiences.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk long distances.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry moderate amount of weight.
  • Must be able to make quick decisions in tough situations.
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of Event Sales operations.
  • Minimum of one year previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of Opera, EMS, and Envision.
  • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized.
  • Candidates should possess proven leadership skills.
  • Flexible Schedule including weekends and Holidays.
