As an Administrative Assistant at Cura Patient, you’ll be in our Operations Department reporting to the CEO. You will play a central role in daily operations: ensuring smooth office functions, supporting project coordination, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a fast‑paced, innovative environment and gain hands‑on experience in the Health Tech industry.
Success in this Role Looks Like- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with project coordination tasks, such as tracking project timelines, organizing meetings, and following up on action items.
- Integrate AI and automation tools into daily workflows to enhance productivity.
- Handle day‑to‑day office operations, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for team members when needed.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials and assisting with desk setup.
- Assist with data entry and other tasks as required.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in a field that develops skills related to essential duties. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for working in a startup setting and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
- Strong aptitude for quickly adopting and utilizing new AI and automation tools.
We’re headquartered in Irvine, California, and are focusing on local W‑2 resources who will report onsite as required. Orange County (CA) residents are strongly preferred. Sorry, no relocation assistance. We are not able to hire employees outside the state of California.

Salary Range Transparency: $25–$30 hourly. We’re open to a salary that best reflects your experience, skills, knowledge, and talents that meet our qualifications and current company needs.
